The Weltron Category 6A FTP (F/UTP) Foil Shielded Cable is designed to meet the needs of next generation data applications. It features 4 pairs of larger 23AWG solid bare copper conductors and supports the demand of 10-Gbps data transmission up to 100 meters while protected within an overall foil shield to greatly reduce/eliminate ANEXT (the mixing of signals between wire pairs in near or adjacent cables) in comparison to UTP cabling. This foil shielding also prevents unwanted interference in noisy environments with large amounts of EMI/RFI.
